

Tess Palmateer is a pre-doctoral intern within the Oklahoma Sport Psychology Consortium, which includes a rotation at CCW with emphasis on psychological assessment. She earned her Master’s in Exercise Science (Sport Psychology) from the University of Toronto prior to enrolling in the APA-accredited Counseling Psychology PhD program (specializing in sport psychology). During her time at UNT, Tess has received in depth training in both mental health service and sport/performance psychology interventions. Her areas of clinical focus include sport and performance psychology, interpersonal concerns, issues with self-esteem, eating disorders, and substance use concerns.
